Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with potential clients.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align strategies and optimize sales.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • 2 years experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role, preferably in digital marketing and healthcare
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
